On Tuesday, I unveiled my very own mom office-
THE MOFFICE 2! (I am a cold weather wimp and got tired of trekking the tundra to the original moffice!)
In the dormer of the moffice, I added my FREE empire dresser. It is now my "gift wrapping station!" Gone are the days of wrapping gifts in the My handy dandy mug stores scissors, pens, pencils and markers.
I like big bags and I cannot lie.
Where do you store all of your wrapping paper, gift bags, tissue paper, name tags,

....right before I sent one off to Goodwill, you are an inspiration today :)
ReplyDeleteYAY! Great timing! My neighbor was about to kick this dresser to the curb and I nabbed it! Thanks, Dharma!
DeleteOooohh, nice! I keep my wrapping stuff in an ugly plastic storage thing. I have a dresser that I was thinking about using for storage, and now you are inspiring me!
ReplyDeleteI spent 87 hours over the holidays in our dungeon of a basement...I was not in the Christmas spirit by the end!
DeleteThanks, JD!
Seriously. Come redecorate my home. Hello? Are you ignoring me? I NEED YOU.
ReplyDeleteCan I bring 4 kids and a dog? I'm in!
DeleteThanks, Ninja!
My gift wrap stuff is in the dresser my kids (now 33 and 30) used; it matched their crib! I've used it to store gift wrap for the last 25 years! Great minds think alike. :)
ReplyDeleteIt is not possible for you to have kids 33 and 30!
DeleteThanks, Pendy!
Great idea! I save bags, tissue and wrapping paper. Right now they are in plastic containers in the top of my walk in closet. Finishing a craft room downstairs. Hoping to do something a little more fun with them.
ReplyDeletehugs,
Jann
It's so much more fun to wrap gifts when the goods are organized and easily accessible!
DeleteGood luck, Jann!
That's such a great idea and your office looks awesome! Do you think my hubby would understand the necessity of piling our clothes on the floor so that I can turn one of our dressers into a wrapping station?? ;-)
ReplyDeleteVanessa
My husband already thinks piling clothes on the floor is a good idea! I am hoping to meet up with you and your whacky sista on the blog conference scene this year! Thanks, Vanessa!
Deletei need a gift wrapping station! my supplies are in boxes in the closet, which i have to take a million things out to get to. then the wrapping is done either on the floor or on my dining room table, but with the addition of cats/cat scratching/cat hair on gifts. not good! enjoy your new moffice!
ReplyDeleteWe don't have cats anymore but our dog thinks his assistance is needed to wrap!
DeleteHi Kerry!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the dresser turned wrapping station!! Love the blue knobs. I can just imagine you walking into your new "Mofffice" and sitting in your chair and turning around singing, "This is my Moffice."
Oh, wait since it's your wrapping station. you can do a rap while wrapping!!
Have a great weekend!!
Pam

I'm doing a little Humpty Dance right now!
DeleteThanks, Pam!
A handy little wrapping station! I have bins and baskets of wrapping paper ribbons and bows. Love those blue knobs. Have a great weekend, Laura
ReplyDeleteI was wrapping on a ping pong table in our dungeon basement! Thanks for popping by, Laura!
